HOW WE DO BUSINESS - A GUIDE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Business is a complex affair. How we approach it, doesn’t have to be. To keep things clear, we’ve written a brief guide.
Step 1 – Before the Meeting
We phone or email to confirm time + location of our meeting. The first meeting is free and usually lasts an hour.
Step 2 – At the Meeting
We love to get know our clients - their projects, their stories. We listen. We ask. We understand.
At the end of the meeting we’ll confirm what has been said.
Step 3 – Email + Our Terms
We send an email to the client confirming what has been agreed. We also attach our terms and conditions and ask the client to read them. If the client is happy with the terms and the project outlined, we can start working with the client.
Step 4 – The Work
Once we’ve received all the information from you, we can be creative. Hooray! For new clients, we may ask for a deposit before we start the work.
We write the first draft and show the copy to the client. If it needs altering, we produce a second version.
We show this copy to the client. When the client is delighted, we release the copy only when payment has hit our account.
Step 5 – Transferring Ownership
During the creation, the work belongs to us. Once the client has paid in full, ownership transfers to the client.
Work that falls outside of the original brief (formed in step 2 & 3), takes extra time and can incur an extra cost. We will let you know how much.
